MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE
FOOD & NOURISHMENT SUPPORT
Meal delivery offers a steady layer of support during the weeks after birth, when consistent nourishment can play a meaningful role in recovery and energy. My approach focuses on traditional, nourishing food — not trendy meals or one-size-fits-all offerings — prepared with care and attention to the needs of the postpartum body.
The meals I prepare are rooted in long-standing food practices that prioritize warmth, balance, and sustenance. I place emphasis on intentional sourcing and thoughtful preparation, drawing from cultural food traditions where food is used deliberately to support healing over time.
Each mother’s preferences are central to this work. I take care to listen to likes, dislikes, and dietary needs, creating meals and snacks that feel balanced, flavorful, and supportive .
Meal delivery is designed for families who want consistent, well-prepared nourishment without in-home care, or as a complement to other forms of postpartum support.
WHAT THIS SERVICE PROVIDES
Postpartum meal delivery may include a rotating selection of nourishing dishes prepared with attention to ingredients, sourcing, and preparation. Much of this work is informed by traditional postpartum food practices where food is used intentionally to support recovery over time.
Meals are designed to be:
grounding and supportive
easy to reheat and eat throughout the day
made with consistency in mind, rather than variety for variety’s sake
This service is ideal for families who want reliable nourishment during the early weeks, or as a complement to other forms of support.
Meal delivery structure + Frequency
Postpartum meal delivery is offered in weekly plans to ensure consistent, meaningful nourishment during recovery. This service is not designed for one-off meals, but for ongoing support during the early weeks after birth.
Most families start with the foundational meal plan and add on from there based on their needs. The foundational plan includes one lunch (two servings), one dinner (two servings) and two snacks (two servings of each).
Additional meals or items may be added based on individual needs and preferences. Meal delivery is typically arranged on a weekly basis, with timing and duration discussed during a consultation to ensure the care offered feels supportive and realistic.
A typical week might include a warming lunch, a simple dinner, and two nourishing snacks designed to be eaten throughout the day.
Curated to your needs
Each meal plan is curated to support your needs during the postpartum period. In addition to the foundational weekly plan, families may add breakfast foods, extra meals, larger portions for leftovers, additional snacks, or comforting staples like broths and soups.
Customization is guided by conversation and shaped by dietary preferences, daily rhythms, and what feels most supportive. Menus are developed with intention and based on seasonal ingredients and availability, allowing the food to remain thoughtful and cohesive rather than open-ended.
This structure offers flexibility within clear boundaries, ensuring meals feel personal, supportive, and well-considered.
Pricing & Scheduling
Postpartum meal delivery is offered in weekly plans, with pricing based on the foundational meal plan and any selected add-ons. Rates are discussed during a consultation to ensure meals are thoughtfully tailored to your needs, preferences, and schedule.
A minimum weekly order is required.

BOOK A CONSULTATION
A consultation is a chance to talk through what support might feel most helpful during your postpartum period. We’ll discuss timing, needs, and the kinds of care that would best support you and your household, whether that’s in-home postpartum care, meal delivery, or a combination of both.
Consultations are brief, conversational, and designed to help you decide what feels right — there’s no expectation to commit. If we’re a good fit, we can move forward thoughtfully and at a pace that feels comfortable.
